The food was delicious and sauce selection excellent. We had two two meat meals. I had the brisket which was very tasty and smokey with brats. I say the brats were pretty ordinary and would get the chicken or pulled pork next time.The Pickles where sweet pickles which I prefer dill with A BBQ feed.

Good atmosphere, but the food is lacking. The fries looked as if they were cooked in motor oil. The ribs were rip off the bone rather than fall off the bone. The steak on the steak salad was stone cold. Which means they don’t cook it fresh. I won’t return. Hey the pulled pork was good, buts that’s about it.

Unfortunately, i never had the pleasure of eating at this fine establishment, but hope to one day. I give the Midtown BBQ & Brew 5 stars due to the recent article i saw online regarding the problems they are experiencing with riots in Baltimore and how these business owners took it upon themselves to protect what they have worked so hard to build. Being raised in an old school neighborhood, I understand their reasons for taking a stand and protecting their property. I also want to say that the photo reminded me of my old neighborhood, because in those days knowing how to use a bat is a good skill to have. I support their stand 1,000 percent and wish the owners and their staff all the best with their business and may God Bless their family. These are real Americans. 5 stars to the owners of Midtown BBQ & Brew. Oh by the way I have a bat behind my counter, never open my store without it.

My pulled pork sandwich was only slightly warmer than room temp. Mac and Cheese was pretty bland. Kitchen looks like something off of “Restaurant Impossible” 3 stars is generous-the staff was very friendly.

DONT EAT HERE!!!!!! I visited the establishment on 9/6/2014 making that night my 3rd time frequenting this establishment. I normally go there and eat the peanuts and drink. I was hungry that night and wanted food with my liquor so I ordered the fish and chips. The food was hot and pretty good. I asked the waitress for malt vinegar to go with my fried fish and she gave me a used bottle of Heinz malt vinegar (the bottle was a little less than half full). I sprinkled some of it on side of my plate and noticed there was some sort of “seasoning” added to the vinegar. I stopped eating and asked my husband if the small black items floating in the vinegar was “seasoning” because I have never known Heinz to season or herb their vinegar. On closer inspection the “seasoning” in the bottom of the bottle of vinegar were some kind of BUGS!!!!! I was disgusted and called the waitress/bartender for confirmation that they were indeed bugs. She held up the bottle and gasped and said “Oh My Gosh they are. Would you like me to order you another plate?” WTF!! Lady you just served my a bottle of bugs and you ask me if I would like to continue to eat here?!! I ran to the bathroom and vomited and then left. THERE WERE MORE THAN 20 DEAD BUGS WHICH WERE TWICE THE SIZE OF A KNAT IN THE BOTTOM OF THAT BOTTLE OF VINEGAR. I’m calling the health department ASAP. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go there again
