I really appreciated my server. She was attentive and very nice. The complimentary Miso Soup was also appreciated. I enjoyed one of my rolls more than the other. That could be on me, based on my order. However, both rolls had some integrity issues. It’s a small thing, but I appreciate not having to worry about my rolls falling apart when I dip them in soy sauce. That being said, that could have been a one-off thing.

We just finished a day at Six Flags and stopped by Midori on our way home. It was a good restaurant to go to after a long day and had a great variety of options. There was a good number of other patrons but seating was readily available. All of our rolls were fantastic especially the Rainbow Roll. Rolls also had good portions and had a good amount of meat compared to other places we have eaten.

Got the tuna poke and a rainbow roll. Poke was awesome. Very little sauce to let the fish shine through, and it was a good thing because the tuna was very good quality. Rainbow roll was large and very good. Recommend.

Midori was an authentic Japanese restaurant. Complimentary Miso soup was served as an appetizer. Green tea was hot and delicious, served in a large mug. Shumai was a good appetizer. Unagi was fresh and good. The temperature of the deep fried roll was pretty hot and had several super crunchy parts. It was overall good 8/10.

We got a sushi platter, udon noodles, vegs and shrimp tempura and salmon poke. Food was delicious!!!! Tempura batter was spot on and they were fried perfectly! Poke was good, udon noodles were soft and delicious, sushi was good too! To top it off, they also had Sapporo.

Our favorite Sushi Restaurant in the Irving area! It’s not fancy but cozy. Their food is amazing and always had great service. Price- wise it’s also the best bang for your buck. This little gem is hidden in the Tom Thumb strip mall and not very obvious.

I went for the lunch buffet which was $11.99 plus drink is separate. The place is small and quiet very peaceful, the staff was very courteous and attentive. I would have given 5 stars as the food was great however, some of the sushi had been sitting for a few minutes under the buffet lights causing it to become warm. The tables had chopsticks but I saw other customers with forks so I am sure they offer other utensils upon request. They did have a small selection of beer as well as sake. Overall I would return and recommend that you give it a try.
