The overall experience that we encountered here was absolutely horrible. This restaurant was recommended by the Marriott hotel. We arrived as soon as they opened at 11AM and the door was locked. The young guy just looked at us and took his precious time to unlock the door and turn on the open sign. We were not greeted when we walked in. We sat ourselves at the bar and waited around 3 mins before he even said anything to us. He then told us that if we wanted to order something we needed to get up and come to the register. The pizza that we ordered had to be remade due to the oven not been cleaned the night before. The first time it was made he said that the oven scorched it. The second time it was made it was missing toppings, so they took it upon themselves to just add the toppings on top of the cooked pizza. We were served yet another scorched pizza. At this point, we were so highly dissatisfied and upset with the service received from the young male that opened the door with an attitude and acted like he did not want to be at work and even took multiple deep breaths as others entered the restaurant. I would not recommend this poor of an excuse restaurant to anyone.

Disappointed with the visit. The salad was not fresh. The chicken pesto pizza had no flavor. The only good thing is the chicken wings, not crispy but the sauce tastes good.

It is more of a takeout place vs a restaurant. The same person who takes your order makes the pizza. The food was just okay. It wasn’t bad but it definitely didn’t have much flavor. Wouldn’t come again.

Pizza was amazing. The crust and dough had a fabulous light touch and flavor. Some of the best wood fired pizza I’ve had. I came here because it was convenient to my hotel, and I would recommend this to anyone who’s local to anyone passing through.

Staff is nice, food is pretty ok. But the management is HORRIBLE! The stuff they have on their menu they don’t really have it!!! Like come on corporate needs to get involved . I wanted gelato and they said they didn’t have any! Like why is on the menu then? Also like I said management is not great . My aunt had to get up to get plates and napkins . When the waiter should’ve brought it out. Because we were sharing our food family style . Why do we need to get up to get our own utensil’s and plates!!! I won’t come back here. It’s not worth it for the way things are handled .

I am in town on vacation. I am staying at a nearby hotel and heard they had delicious pizza. I came in to get my pizza at the designated time and they said they needed 10 to 15 more minutes. I said that was fine and left go to another store. I had someone to go and pick up my three pizzas for me. All three pizzas were scorched and barely edible. We had to pick the edible parts out and one was burnt SOOO badly that it was almost completely black and crumbled to the touch. When you view the attached photo, remember that this is the pizza called Bianca that should be completely white. The fact that they would even box this up and send a customer out the door with it is beyond me.

Great service and great delicious food! The staff was very attentive and professional. Margherita pizza is a must. Cheese board presentation and variety is superb. The wings were bomb, highly recommend ordering them. Came from San Diego and will make sure to make this stop whenever we come back into town.

Miserable experience. Service is subpar, slow, and untrained. Pizza was bland, undercooked and my zeppole was a fried unflavored dough they forgot all toppings to. Walked out. They were “too busy” to handle refunds or corrections. Worthless experience.
