My boyfriend and i were followed into the establishment by a homeless guy who had been staying in the front. ( Because i like the food that didn’t stop me from going in)He then proceeded to call us monkeys and get aggressive. After we left out the other door he followed us to the parking lot and waved a knife around. Police did nothing. Restaurant did nothing. Drove pass a few days later and he was still there. Won’t be returning.

I normally go to my favorite one in Hyattsville but today my family & I tried this one. The baked chicken was 1/2 cooked still had blood in it. The sides were cold & the taste of grit were in my corn & Mac & cheese. The hamburger steak I ordered for my daughter smelled like mildew. I called & requested a manager. I told the manager the issues & that I was bringing the food back & I wanted my money back. He said ok & hung up. My husband took the food in there respectfully, cool, calm & collected. When my husband was about to walk out, the manager said in his Korean accent “and please don’t come back”.

I ordered a fried chicken dinner. I had five chicken wings rice with vegetables in it and string beans. My fried chicken was not done at all it was still red on the inside, and I bought it back and explain to the manager that it was not done. He gave me my money back but laid it on the counter top

Fried seafood platter shrimp scallops and oyster took a bite of oyster it was fried hard on the outside but the inside was slimy same with the scallop took a bite and the other half was still raw then mouth and face got numb had metallic taste in mouth I called manager was unavailable I spent 50 dollars ordered thru Uber eats gonna take it back in the morning

The fried shrimp was the best thing they had going. I had the fish and shrimp combo meal. The seafood was fresh. However, the fish batter wasn’t seasoned! The cook should have used the same batter as the shrimp, and it would have been on point!
