This place is awesome. I try to get her every few months. I always order the meatballs and calamari appetizers. They are my favorite items there. I tried the fillet mignon with veggies. This was so good. The staff was nice and friendly.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered Swordfish Puttanesca (Google the dish to fully appreciate how far off the mark they are). There were a liberal amount of olives in the mix, the swordfish was served in chunks and distinctly not fresh, but worst of all there were absolutely no capers or garlic in the dish at all. The sauce tasted like it was from a can, the pasta from a box, and the entire thing was too salty. The default in this restaurant is penne pasta, and all the dishes appear to use the same ingredients. The portions are excessively American as well.

In front out of town for a few nights; glad I picked this spot. Amazing dinner. Fresh clams with linguine in red sauce was outstanding. Broccoli Rabe with sausage as an appetizer was also awesome. Excellent!!!!!

Great location with a fantastic variety of cuisine! Prices are very fair and the wait staff are very friendly and help you within a very prompt and timely manner. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was because I tried 2 entrees that normally, I’d be very taken with. But when I tasted it, it wasn’t nearly what I was expecting. Don’t get me wrong, the food was delicious just not quite what I was expecting. I still highly recommend this place and will most likely return visit!

I would love to give 5s. They are so close. Firstly, my husband and I are restaurant people so we are tuned differently. We were trained. When you seat someone at the table you should pull out the chairs. Very simple and the tone is set for comfort and quality. So much better than plunking down the menus. Takes 2 seconds . I ordered Clams over linguini Red. It was the best I ever had. A 5! Someone was really paying attention to the sauce. It was velvety and layered with rich flavors. Pasta was perfectly al dente a 5. The salad was pretty, but the dressing was oh well here’s your dressing.nothing special and a 3. The dressing for both of us was served in plastic take out cups, a 0. I understand portion control. just don’t let the diner know you are doing it. The server was very nice and new, so I nicely told him to use a monkey dish next time and he actually appreciated it. Great bread. Their pizza is pretty legit! A 4. The decor in the dining room is just awful. I know they know it, They need real design help. They plan to do a big remodel. I really like this place and I return again and again. It’s right down the street. I am OK with 4s when I know they are trying. I had a great meal again. That’s what I wanted.

The food and atmosphere was definately great! I highly recommend making a reservation especially on a weekend. We sat in the small room off the bar which was nice with 4 other tables in the room. We ordered drinks chocolate martini and a center street ipa. We ordered dinner, chicken marsala with angel hair pasta(the pasta was a special that night), chicken and artichoke withangel hair pasta, penne al vodka with chicken and finally 12oz new york strip steak. All meals came with salad or soup, warm garlic bread for the table. Food was excellent and well prepared. Only downside was the room we were in was close to the bar which was standing room only in there. Also they only serve pizza in the bar area not in the dinnin rooms.

A wonderful, local restaurant with preparation that hints of Northern Italy. You’ll find this at Michael’s Trattoria. There’s friendly service, “family” style food preparation, and reasonable prices in an informal setting, whether you’re there for dining, a function or sitting in the bar with friends. Definitely a place to check out!!!

Had a lovely birthday meal with my fiance tonight. Wait staff were super pleasant all round and the dining room was clean and very warm! We had the Sicilian calamari (delicious and plentiful), swordfish florentine and penne a la vodka with shrimp. Everything was cooked just right and we finished it all. Drinks were a grapefruit martini, espresso martini, and keoke coffee; they were all delicious. Needless to say we can’t wait to go back!
