The menu was a lot different than what is posted online. Much more limited. I ended ordering chicken saltimbocca (which was misspelled on the menu). It came with a salad, and a side of thin spaghetti. The saltimbocca sauce tasted very much like a processed sauce from a food vendor, like Sysco. It was bland and too salty at the same time. The chicken was quite tender and had a nice crispy coating. The chardonnay was a bit bitter, definitely not a great quality wine. But the most disappointing of all was the pasta, the one thing you would expect an Italian restaurant to get right. The sauce was unremarkable, but the pasta was way overcooked. Mushy and unappetizing, I left it on the table. The food was not worth the price, in my opinion. Michael’s has been in business since 1933, and I believe that was the last time the decor was updated. The dining room was out of date, and my booth seat needed new springs. The little lamp at my table was not working, but the waitress offered no replacement or even a candle. I used the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. I tossed a coin between two comparable menus/restaurants that are literally next door to each other and wish I had gone to their neighbor.

The chicken parm used to be good. Now it’s chicken tenders? Guess I won’t be going back. Scumbags

Waitress couldn’t smile for nothing. We were a party of 2 as soon as bigger parties came in she forgot about us. Waited over 20 min to take our dinners to be put into to go containers. Food was pretty good nothing special WON’T BE GOING THERE AGAIN. I really rather go to hometown restaurants but this is off my books

Stopped in to make a take out order. Ordered 3 meals with salad, only received two salads. One in which did not have its crumbly bleu cheese. Also one of the meals was missing the two added on meatballs. Besides that it is very good, portions can feed a family of 5, way to much. Three stars of lack of competence.

The food comes in generous portions. The pasta is delicious and the sauces are too! The fried calamari was made perfectly. The sausage and meatballs were also a big hit. Even the soup and salad were yummy. We loved everything!

Nice atmosphere and good service. But some of my scallops had sand in them and my wife’s calamari with red sauce over pasta was made with the breaded appetizer calamari. For the money, rinse the scallops and pan-prep naked calamari. Dinner for two was $100 (without tip), including tax and one drink each and one dessert each.
