We have had such AMAZING food and service from this place. Their catering menu is great, Skip delivers with a smile and always sets up all the food for us. We have used Michael’s to cater work lunches 3 times this year and we will continue to support them. I cannot recall everyone I have spoken with but Barb and Skip are ALWAYS VERY KIND and accommodating. Top Notch pizza, pasta, breadsticks, Italian beef, etc. WOW!!!!

Last Saturday Michaels Pizza went above and beyond, I went to pick up my order with my son and when I was going back to my car my son dropped a soda can out of the six pack that I bought at Michaels Pizza and got opened , my surprise was when I see a Michaels Pizza employee coming out from the Michaels Pizza local holding a soda can to replace the one we lost. I have never seen this kind of outstanding service ever, this action belongs only for the best, that why Michaels Pizza is the best, no wonder they been around for 40 years. Pretty disappointed. We had my daughters birthday this week and had it catered by michaels again. It arrived and we went over everything and to my surprise no pasta. I called the store and they said I never placed the order and we weren’t charged for it. I know I ordered it and I know that because a week earlier I called them to go over it and they repeated to me the pasta was on the order. Next the pizza was way over cooked and was a little tough to eat. Bonless chicken was cold and hard. Next I do collect their menus for the free pizza after ordering 20 pizzas you get the free one. Well I had 6 pizzas with this order and not a single menu on them. I’m extremely disappointed on how this went down and will be calling them tomorrow. I will have an update after the call takes place.

I ordered 3 18inch pizzas to be delivered at 9:45 pm. At sports complex. It was on time and hot. Delicious, Mike Dillon was awesome and the young lady that delivered was very nice. I should have ordered more lol all gone in 10 min. Thanks Mike, will remember you for fall league.

I used to eat here a lot and loved it when I lived in Romeoville 6 years ago. While visiting a friend in town I was excited to stopped by Michael’s to get my favorites Pepperoni and Cheese and BBQ pizzas. It was good to see that on a Friday night around 5pm this place was busy!! But, unfortunately after I finally got my two pizzas and trying them again they were less than mediocre tasting. The BBQ was not noticeable at all, it did not have that favorable sweet spice I remembered. And my pepperoni and cheese pizza was missing a lot of pepperoni and cheese! It was mostly just cardboard crust. I’m really disappointed that my favorite pizza place in Romeoville is now serving garbage pizza.
