Stopped by the Alton Food hall for the first time yesterday. As I walked around this amazing restaurant caught my attention. I saw they served fresh Caribbean food a true Miami classic. The chef even let me taste a new menu item. If you are looking for fresh food and amazing service this is your place.

A much needed Caribbean fusion place in Miami. I got the jerk salmon bowl and it was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned and not over cooked. All the sides were freshly prepared and complimented the salmon. Definitely going back!

Come here for food made with love! Owners Junior and Greg are amazing. They’re cooking up lots of flavor, color, and healthier options that left us feeling satisfied and happy! I ordered the Power Bowl with shrimp, veggies, rice/beans, and fried plantain. Probably the best tostone I’ve had in miami! You can tell the plantain was hand-smashed and made fresh.. impressive!

Freshest food hall meal EVER! I had the salmon with ginger soy ghalbi sauce….SO GOOD and worth the wait! Oh…. can’t forget about the side of street corn…YUM YUM! I wish I had remembered to take a photo…I guess I’ll have to go back again, darn
