We went at 1 am and the place was supposed to be open until 3. They only had 4 items remaining from the menu. No sides, no burger. I just don’t understand if you are open why would you not serve the full menu. On the top of that, the turkey sub was the worst ever sub we had. Also, the Chicken pita was mediocre, the quality of chicken was so disappointing. This review is strictly for food, the people were good.

Usually LOVE miami grill but this location was terrible. Took over 25 minutes to get my order which was just tenders and a chicken platter and it was just me and a friend in the store at the time. My friend who ordered before me got her order maybe 5 minutes before I did, which is still a long time considering i usually go through a drive-thru and the food is always quick & fresh. Specifically, I saw a chunk of feta on the salad bar cutting area but there was none in the salad, it was actually yellow shredded cheese. They did not put the tzaziki sauce in my container and the chicken was cold and dry ( I saw her take it out almost 20 minutes before it was actually cut and put in my box). Also, ine if the tenders was slightly raw and mushy.

We grabbed lunch at Miami Grill – opened 2 days ago! – The food was fresh and tasty. I had the chicken strips, fries, with a side salad. I suggest you try the mango salsa if you want a sweet and spicy dipping sauce – delish!

Though the place was very busy due to an event at the convention center, the staff was great about greeting us even though there were only two of them. They kept reminding everyone they would be with us shortly as they worked through the orders. The communication was assuring and given the volume, we were served faster than I expected.

Usually I really like coming here for the Philly Cheesesteaks, however this DoubleTree location has subpar quality. If you order anything from here make sure the food isn’t packed cold into your bag like mine was, otherwise you’ll be WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Not your typical Miami Grill. The place is dirty, the grease is old and just not clean. We watched someone come to work and not wash his hands and he had on Street clothes, no uniform. We thought he was a customer until he put on gloves and started preparing food. Yikes. We wanted a full refund but kept quiet as we were already bothered that this was our only option for eating and returning to work. As I stood and watched them prepare our food, they reuse cooking tools and trays without cleaning from one to the next food item type. The condiment area was not cleaned. Look up at ceiling, their coolers, all needs to be cleaned. We took our food but could not bring ourselves to eat.

Went here for a quick dinner. Thought it looked like a good option. We ordered the fish and chips and wings. The people were relatively nice. But the food, ugh. The fish had very thick breading and not much flavor, and the chips were soggy and flavorless as well. My wings, well they were not boneless wings, they had no sauce. So they were just chicken tenders I guess. Although the fries that came with them had good flavor. I suppose they have some good options, but just was not good or worth it for us. Make sure you check your food before you leave.
