I have never had this experience while buying food from My Tierra. It was only two people in line, including myself, and it took them upwards of twenty minutes to take my order. Secondly, I have found a string of some sort in the red sauce I ordered. This is extremely disappointing, and now I must get rid of the entire meal. A refund would be greatly appreciated

This place was nice and clean. Let me start with that. I was in the mood for some soup so I ordered a chicken soup but it was not what I expected, the soup had almost no flavor, I also order some pupusas to go 5 revueltas 5 cheese and total and bill was $54.98 dollars I know things are expensive but give me a brake 2.99 for pupusas with no flavor I mean zero flavor. I ordered the chicken on the soup to be fried and guess how much that was 3.99 just for that request. The picture that you see here may seem like a lot of food, but it wasn’t. Go there at your on RISK and just to add if I had read the reviews prior on going there I would have gone somewhere else.

Overall had poor experience. The food was ok I have had better pupusas but the biggest issue this restaurant has its professionalism. The man cooking in the back not sure if he was the owner but was downright rude and spiteful. He and the cashier seemed annoyed because I asked question about a sauce. They purposely gave me the wrong sauce and then refused to give me the sauce they originally said came with the food. A lady in the kitchen was nice enough to come from the back and gave me the correct sauce. In addition, I got my soup towards the end of my meal and the man/owner/cook was annoyed because I asked for the update on my soup. I later asked if they had ice water because my son had finished the water bottle I purchased but then wanted ice water. The man was annoyed and said that the only way to get water is to buy bottled water. Every restaurant that I have been to always offer water. To top it all off the cashier thought she was slick and started making rude comments under her breath which I heard. The second cashier gave me the wrong change. If you want a pleasant experience my opinion is to go to a restaurant that appreciates your business.

Food is good. Most tables inside are not stable. Need to fix. Patio is beautiful with all the new work done on it BUT it is always trashed with napkins and beer cap. Tables and chairs are all over the place. Seems like staffing neglect to clean this area.

While the food was good, the staff is rude and judgmental. I could hear the workers in back judging and laughing at my order, I’m Latino so I understood everything they are saying. Once they called my number, the worker asked “you ordered this?” “Yes”, she responded with a condescending “wow”. How are they going to patronize the customer that is, at the end of the day, paying your paycheck? Very unprofessional.

The food is ok and the employees are nice UNTIL you have a problem and bring it to their attention then they become rude. There is alway a problem with the price.They charge whatever they feel like.The prices on the menu board never match the price on our receipt. The price changes according to who the cashier is. When I questioned the cashier he called another guy and the guy said that was the correct price on the receipt. When I told him you have to let the customers know the price changes he told me that I was the only one who complained. REALLY??? Not sure how many other customers you cheat this way as most don’t pay attention to their receipt and are not aware of the price changes. PEOPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Won’t be back and judging from the owner response to some of the feedback they received seems like they don care.

Great place! I should have stopped here sooner. Food was good and hot and the staff were very friendly. Only complaint was my wife got the chicken sub sandwich and the chicken was bone-in so she had to dissect it and still ended up biting a bone.
