This absolute GEM is home to some of the best food in Pensacola. These folks have perfected Mexican-American food. I’m a snob and I cannot rate this place higher. Easy in, easy out, excellent people. It makes me happy to be supporting such wonderful, talented, and dedicated people who deserve every ounce of success they get. But most importantly, TRY THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS. My mom wishes she made food that good. Nothing but 5 stars.

This is my go to hamburger spot in Pensacola Florida. Ordering is easy from their mobile App & you get notified when it’s ready via text. Highly recommend Smash burgers, chicken on a stick and the BEST corn ribs! The most consistent food truck by far!

I believe MI SU has the best burger in Pensacola. They have perfected the classic food truck smash burger and the corn ribs are an absolute dream. I tell everyone who comes into town to visit MI SU when they are in downtown Pensacola. I don’t know a single person that has tried it and disliked it.

The spicy chicken sandwich is so good. The tater tots are to die for. And the loaded fries are so much but totally worth the tummy ache. The staff is really friendly, and the food doesn’t take too long. The truck is parked next to a brewery so you can go in there for drinks and to eat.

Previous to placing our orders there were a couple of recommendations from locals. We tried both the beef and the chicken sandwiches, corn ribs and loaded fries. The corn ribs charmed us and we enjoyed the unique presentation. The rest of the order was otherwise basic. Perhaps having a few beers may enhance the flavor.

Had Mi Su the first few times when attending events and their pop up menu food is INCREDIBLE!!!! The food here is great! We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s been amazing! The pop up specials are always worth the wait! I am still dreaming of the pasta dish they did once and when they had the white gravy for the chicken which is my go to! Hylene normally takes our order and remembered us after only a couple visits which I take as superior customer service! It would be awesome if the city of Pensacola didn’t force them out back of odd colony so they can get the foot traffic they deserve! However I love we can get the best beer in Pensacola to wash down our delicious food!

They have THE best burger in Pensacola, their fried chicken is home made, and everything is made fresh to order.
