Mi-Sant Kitchen & Bakery Menu – Roseville, MN

Type : Vietnamese restaurant

Location : Roseville, MN

At Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co, we have one simple goal: to deliver you the best quality banh mi with integrity. Banh mi and croissants are our passion (hence, the name Mi-Sant). How we got here can be traced back to our roots. We are second-generation Vietnamese American immigrants. Our parents got started in the trade as a means of survival in a foreign country. They worked hard, so we didn’t have to. But here we are – picking up what they started, not because we have to but because we want to. Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co. is a tribute to their years of hard work, homage to their craft, and mostly creating something they can be proud of.

Laid-back hangout with a modern dining room, crafting banh mi, spring rolls, rice bowls & pastries. Based on 673 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.7 stars. Price $

I ordered the Mi Sant special salad with peanut sauce. Perfection! Just what I wanted. The vegetables were fresh, and the portions were perfect. The flavor wasn’t overpowering, which is perfect for a salad.

Spacious parking, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere. Once you walk in you can order from the center counter where they’ll give you a buzzer. Pick your seats, anywhere that’s not occupied and wait for your buzzer to go off. Once your buzzer goes off, your food should be at the counter waiting for you. The only complaint I have is that they have no ketchup.

This is a great place to cure that Vietnamese craving. The location isn’t the best as it sits in the vast abyss of Roseville Malls mazes of roads, stop lights and confused shoppers missing their turn. It’s worth it once ya get there. Kind of like an award for all your effort. To me it felt like a Panera with its setup but with far superior food in my opinion. Enjoy!

I wanted to compare this place to Lu’s Sandwich in Minneapolis, as I heard they’re two of the best banh mi establishments in the twin cities area

The spring rolls and bowl were fresh and tasty at Mi-Sant Kitchen & Bakery in Roseville, Minnesota. The peanut sauce on both was delicious. The chai tea latte tasted close to homemade. I was told it is Rishi brand masala chai. The croissant with chocolate drizzled on top had a delicious flaky crust on top.

Great food in a spartan environment. It looks like a former Baker’s Square. Perfect for a late breakfast.

Mi-Sant was very much worth our stop when we visited the twin cities. The food and milk tea was amazing. We ordered two sandwiches; the Mi-sant special and the Korean bulgolgi, an ube croissant, and a taro milk tea. Nothing disappointed, we went back up and bought another ube croissant togo. The service was also good and we received everything timely. The parking lot was full, which made it seem busy inside, but this wasn’t the case. Although they had a decent crowd of customers it wasn’t as busy inside as it seemed. We will be back to try something new, their menu is so versatile!

I initially planned to come here for just the banh mi, but after seeing those golden brown croissants, I had to get one of them too. I ordered the Mi-Sant special banh mi which was delicious. I believe they make the french baguette for the banh mi in house and it was soft on the inside but had a nice flaky crunch on the outside. The special banh mi included egg, grilled pork, cha siu pork, and traditional veggies that you would see in this sandwich. I could find myself eating this at any time in the day. Now onto their amazing croissants in which I ordered the ube croissant. The croissants have a sweetness to them on the outside and are ridiculously airy and flaky. The execution on their croissants was spot on, and I wish I could have tried them all!

I’ve been searching for a great banh mi ever since my favorite Banana Blossom closed. Some other places fall short, but Mi-Sant is it! What really makes a good banh mi is the fresh bread – Mi-Sant nailed it. My tofu banh mi was very good. They were surprisingly hoppin’ on a Friday around 2, but my to-go order was ready quickly. They gave me a buzzer to alert me when my food was done. Their pastries, coffees, and teas also looked enticing.
