Food was great but, the server was a off putting and seemed to be rude to the person I was dining with that evening. She was very polite to me not sure why though she was rude to my friend. Food was served quickly and it was a little heavy on the grease but still tasted great. Atmosphere was fun and light hearted so would go back again.

This was a great find when I was visiting my son from out of state. The flautas, tostadas, and guacamole was amazing. Even the rice was seasoned well. Margarita was delicious! HIGHLY recommend eating here if in the colonial heights area. Also the bill was less than $50 for two people, everything was very affordable on the menu. Can’t beat it!

Great authentic Mexican and at a great price point. Location, decorum and atmosphere are nice. The brothers and family that own this restaurant are very personable and compassionate about what they do! The portion sizes to pricing are excellent. Taste, presentation and quality are always 100% perfect here. Though not a lot of seating, slightly cramped, Mi Rodeo has a working formula that other restaurants should follow. Inside and outside are clean. Thanks for the continuous amazing visits and takeout Mi Rodeo!!!

We’ve been here a couple of times now because the food is always very good and such a friendly staff. My husband had the burrito grande this time, It’s spicy and tasty. The best one he’s ever had, he said. I had the beef taco salad with rice instead of beans. It was very good too, the ratio was perfect.
