I used to go to the Silver Spring location but was thrilled that they have a Germantown location! Nice vibe inside and the food is good. A big bonus is they can make a strawberry margarita without alcohol which is nice.

We’ve been coming here for many years. For a number of reasons we hadn’t been in the past few years and just returned and find the food as good as ever. The group I was with had chicken fajitas, Laredo platter, fish tacos, and chicken enchiladas. There were no complaints at all everybody was happy. I go to a couple of Mexican places at Rio in Gaithersburg, but found the fajitas here we’re just a cut above both the tenderness of the chicken and the soft tortilla.

It has been a while since I’ve eaten here but my husband and I decided to give it a shot yesterday. The service was great, seated right away with our drinks taken immediately. The server kept replacing the chips and salsa (which is a plus for me). Our drinks and food didn’t take long either. We had a pleasant dinner and have decided that MiRancho will be our go to Mexican restaurant.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas they were on the bland side, rice was very dry! My daughter had the chicken quesadilla and she requested hot sauce for flavor. My mom also ordered the chicken quesadillas and needed salsa. Very bland food! Salsa was similar to tomato water. No chucks of tomatoes or anything.

I dined in at the bar and was happy with their COVID precautions. Upon entry a staff member sanitized my chair and the counter top. The patrons were adequately spaced out. The drinks were good. I ordered a combination platter. Will definitely order the chicken enchiladas again, but the chicken tamales were a no for me. Service was great. Just wish they had public hand sanitizer readily available on the bar counter top. All in all, I’ll definitely will return 🙂

This place has tastier rice and beans than the Silver Spring location. The tortillas were much thicker (not my jam) than the Silver Spring location but better tasting. Dish: Fajitas. Oh, and the spinach dip was excellent.
