Ordered on Uber eats spent $53.13 got Buche taco plate bouche was old and red. I’ve ordered this multiple times never seen red bouche not even with hot sauce. It was so hard couldn’t even eat it.

No refills on $3 sodas for a M is craaaaazy to me. If your soda machine is broke down on the customer side, the least you can do is refill your customers drinks. Then there was no welcome. Just, “just to let you all know, everything is to go.”

Ate the chili relleno on 5/4 and got food poisoning. Had to miss a day of work and felt horrible the next day at work. The rice was hard but the beans were good. Will never eat there again.

Horrible customer service!! Their ordering system is not so convenient, can’t place order on phone. Also only they were only allow to give me 4 curtidos for 3 huaraches, and 1 Torta. Ave L and 20th W has beyond better service by all means!!!

Do not come here food or service it is not good!! Drive 5 minutes and go to Rancheritas Mexican Grill on Lancaster Blvd & Central Valley Way, that place is really good and way better meat selection, beans and rice! Customer service is horrible, ordered a specific thing the lady at the register told the chef the order correctly but the chef cooked it wrong and because I touched it they would not give me my money back nor would they replace it! When I opened up my over easy eggs the eggs were burned and the yolk was hard rock, I asked for over easy!I told the lady I wanted my yolk runny! I ask them for the managers phone number they gave me the wrong number, horrible service!! Then she stands there and stares at me and does nothing!! I will never come back here again!! The only reason I came here knowing that the food is not the best is because I wanted beans and everything else I like is closed on Mondays and did not want fast food! Please don’t come here they’re asada is not even good, and the birria tasted funky!! There’s a reason why they have three stars, it should be less!! Go somewhere else!! I really wish I would have taken a picture but when I showed the lady, she just took the plate and threw it in the trash!! Not refunding or not replacing your order is stealing your hard-earned money!

Ordered all meat carnitas burrito, as I’m biting into it I feel something gelatinous, I bite once more, same thing. I open up the burrito and discovered cueritos (pork rinds) mixed in with the meat. I call the restaurant on Ave K & 20th St West and I’m told this is normal. I’ve been patronizing them since their first store opened on Palmdale Blvd and have never ever seen this in their carnitas. For $9.25 it better be all meat and only meat. Sadly they’ve portrayed a steep decline in both quality and service at their restaurants. They simply don’t care anymore.

My experience was okay. The food was great how ever when I asked for more sauce and lime the charged me than another customer got there food and got told if they wanted more sauce to ask and did not get charge. This experience did not let me enjoy my food. This was at 11:20am under the name Margarita on the receipt.
