Out of all of the Mi Ranchitos that I have been to, the staff here were the kindest. I was greeted with a smile and sent off with a smile. The food was delicious, and the restaurant appeared and felt clean.

The building and drive thru are very run down and in need of service. The drive thru speaker is awful. I ordered the 3 tacos plate, which is always really good. I added 2 taquitos to find they were just the cheap frozen ones over fried and very hard to eat.

Ordered 3 burritos w specific instructions Erika the cashier still made my order with everything I did it ask for. This is the second time this place messes up my order. She was going to refund then told me to talk w her manager tomorrow why her manager wasn’t even there. Is sad how ppl work ar a fast food place and still can get a simple order right

The rice was damaged, and the tortilla was hard too. Don’t go to eat there I don’t recommend it I stop to go there after 2 times I brought damaged food with them. El arroz estaba malo y las tortilla duras no recomiendo k valla a comer en mi ranchito Ave L and 20 west Lancaster.

Soonest I saw the drive-through I was oh no this is going to be bad why cuz Mexican restaurants shouldn’t have drive-through means bad food re heat food from another day, tacos al pastor we’re horrible meat was all dry they should of gave me the whole pineapple cuz mu taco was more pineapple then meat just stay away from this place

Ordered munito and it was cold and had a plastic lide in the bo the food bottom of my bow of food. I gave it back to them and just stared at me, this was not a good choice of food.
