My friend introduced me to this place. It is a quaint little spot in a shopping plaza. We were seated right away and had complementary chips with salsa. The chips were warm and tasty. I decided to try the Diablo and a quesadilla. Everything tasted great.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s one of my favorites. Fills up with people so there may be waits, but it is worth it. The food is fantastic and consistent, the margaritas are very good (even the house), and we always look forward to our visits.

Stellar restaurant, worth the wait! I ate here at 6:30pm on Saturday evening. Loved it and here’s why: 1) MARINELLE, my server, was friendly, funny, and attentive in spite of a packed house, and treated me with respect even as a single diner. 2) The QUESO DIP is perfect. Made with real cheese instead of overly processed, and thickens as it gets cooler (indicating it’s fresh.). 3) The chips are crispy and the salsa is the right heat level and consistency. 4) The frozen house margarita was made just the way I ordered it (extra sweet), and slushy to the last drop. No ice chunks. The bartender’s clearly a master. 5) The tacos I ordered came out perfect, and weren’t sitting on the pass too long. Lastly, I liked the decor. Plain and tasteful, instead of over-the-top bright colors like so many Mexican restaurants. Thanks, Mi Lupita! I’ll gladly be back.

Party of one! I was doing some shopping in the area and happened upon Mi Lupita. The reviews and a Corona sounded good enough to bring me to the door. I was seated within a few minutes of walking in. I was seated at a high round table in the bar area. The table was clean, including the menu AND salt and pepper shakers. *heaven*

I’ve been coming here for years, but have always chosen old standards like burritos and chimichangas. This past visit was a game changer when I ordered the chicken in their mole poblano sauce. The sauce is just magical and the chicken smothered in it is perfectly cooked. And if you have enough self control, take your left overs home and let it marinate for a day or two, you won’t be sorry! Such a great place and the frozen margaritas are the best!

My friend and I came to Mi Lupita for a quick lunch. We had limited time and let our server, Jessica, know when she took our drink orders. She was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great suggestions. She was attentive and was always one step a head of us. Can’t say enough about the service! The food was amazing as well, we will definitely be back!

This is a popular place with indoor and outdoor seating. The folks here were nice and attentive. The food looked and smelled good, and was very tasty. The only issue was the top shelf margaritas. It was plenty strong, but it didn’t taste great, but if you squeeze the lime and orange into it, it helps. The food and atmosphere definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Very nice staff. Very good food. Best tamales I have had in the surrounding area. Pepe’s Tacos are delicious! And they have horchata!! Extremely pleased with the short wait time even with limited capacity.

Usually we have a good time and service, but today our waitress was horrible. She took our drink orders and appetizer order of a small guacamole. We waited at least 15 minutes on our stuff. She returned to our table without our drinks and ask us a second time, like we never ordered, what would we like to drink.
