This was the best experience I had as far as service and hospitality are concerned. The food was delicious as well. My girlfriend and I were looking for a bite to eat while at a music festival at the Gorge, this place was holding a private event but the owner came out and invited us in, fed us for free and did not allow us to give them money as tip or payment. They said “Here at MI Lindo Guanajuato, we aren’t worried about money, but creating friendships with our customers”. Great experience. Going here again!

We were greeted as we walked in with a smile and were seated promptly. Complementary chips and salsa all made in house. Me and my dinner guest love spicy food and were offered three additional sauces that were delicious and a range of kick. The red hot sauce was a step up from the salsa in spiciness with a nice kick. The guacamole was spicy and amazing. The chili oil was a bold kick and left me sweating. Our fish tacos came out of the kitchen quite quickly and were the best tacos I’d had in a very long time. The corn tortillas were home made and quite better than the big city taquerias. This place was a treat and was a highlight of our trip to the George Amphitheater .

Authentic fare and prompt friendly service. Chicken enchiladas were delicious, had a little more spice than generally like but they favor was so good I couldn’t stop eating. The complimentary fresh apple with honey after our meal was a sweet treat.

What a gem of a restaurant! We loved the food and the service. Dulce was an excellent server and we got our food timely which is always appreciated. We enjoyed super yummy tacos, sopes, and two types of enchiladas. Unfortunately for us it’s a 2.5 hour drive to come back, but we’ll definitely plan on coming the next time we are in the area.
