Let me be clear this is the location on hole and California not the magnolia location where the servers are lazy and they don’t have a clue how to provide decent basic customer service! At this location service was good not great , food was tasty and hot, the only reason why I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere of the place is for my own personal opinion that having live music in such small place is not necessary, not all of us like eating while we have the musicians blowing their damn instruments in my ear lol again this is my own personal opinion, I will definitely come back here but just not when they have live music going on.

I give this restaurant zero stars. I placed an order on Uber eats expecting this place to be great based on reviews. I never ate here before so figure give it a try. Worst decision, I ordered from the menu under “child’s plate” a quesadilla meal which I paid full price for and they got the order wrong. According to the employee/manager apparently Uber eats “messed up their menu” which doesn’t make sense to me it’s obvious that the price for large quesadilla and child’s plate quesadilla is different. Anyhow, well here comes the cherry on top I also ordered 2 caldo de res and let me tell you when I opened the lid there it was a FLY floating in my soup!! Yuck. Disgusting to say the least. I immediately called the restaurant and addressed my issues with my order and the employee plus the manager vicky were no help whatsoever. I was never offered a refund and the only thing they could say was that they couldn’t do anything about the quesadilla meal but to stop by so I can pick up a new soup. Gross! I cannot eat at a place like this ever. Sad that I paid almost $50 for something that I could not eat. Very disappointed with this restaurant!!

When entering we’re told to sit anywhere. We waited for 20 and no one still came to check on us to give anything to drink or chips and salsa. I had to get up and find a waitress to be helped. They said they would be right with us. Waited another 10 and finally she came. Got the Vevla A La Vida. It was fresh and that’s why I gave 2 stars. The rice had no flavor and too many veggies. The glass of water was good..lol we won’t be going back because we drove 30 mile just to check them out.
