Another hidden gem in plain site..no one speaks English here so that’s a good sign for real authentic..and the tacos were awesome… I had the shredded beef and it does have a little kick..I added guacamole..two thumbs up..great service but expect to learn a little Spanish while there which is a bonus

Amazing spot! Very easy grab and go breakfast options. Tons of snacks and drinks. fresh produce is a massive plus. The homemade tortillas are on point and they even warmed them up for me as I had a Togo order. This was an amazing Mexican restaurant and if I’m ever here again this is the only place I’ll be eating at forsure!!

We were able to share 1 breakfast burrito between the 2 of us. It was HUGE! Fast friendly service. Great selection of drinks and candies/ novelties. Will probably go back if we find ourselves in Gypsum again.

Really cute Mexican shop with great treats and amazing homemade Mexican food! The store owner, David really makes the experience. This little store is busy, but worth the wait! I highly recommend! Even if you don’t speak Spanish you will feel comfortable! Try it!
