I’ve eaten here several times and it’s always been good but today this was not the case. The waitress seemed to be in a hurry but I’m not sure why because we were the only patrons that I saw inside the restaurant. Although the food was hot and fresh the food portions were skimpy. After my boyfriend completed his meal he noticed a hair on his plate that was covered by the nachos he had been eating. When we notified the waitress she said she had to talk to the cooks in the back. When she returned she said she didn’t know what to do because they all wear hair nets and doesn’t know where the hair came from. We paid and left. I will NOT be returning

Me and my folks came early in the afternoon on Sunday and ate lunch here and we had a positive experience. We all decided to have fajitas which was good overall we ordered and their weren’t a lot of people which was nice. I have seen their locations around glencoe and HWY 77 but never tried it. The food was decent at best. The waitress was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by having a customer. This was my first and last time there. She expected us to know what we wanted as soon as we had a couple menus put on the table. Chips and salsa were brought out when the food came out. When asking for the baby a high chair for the second time she points around a corner and says “they are over there”. Could not make out the receipt of what we ordered after. Was way overcharged for lunch with my family. I was extremely shocked when I went to pay the bill. Was charged $8 for using debit.

Their food, atmosphere and service were well below the Mi Casita we routinely go to in Glencoe. Ordered Papa Rellena, beef. Supposed to ha e baked potato, fajita steak, onions, peppers and chorizo along with cheese and sourcream. Potato was medium size at best. Fajita steak was hamburger. Chorizo, if there was not discernable while eating. Small dining area and little English spoken. Just go to Glencoe. Also, brought me the wrong beer. Ordered Modello Especial, got Michelob Ultra.

I use to go here just out of convenience, it was never spectacular just ok. Me, my husband, and his friend decided to go about 2 years ago, one of the last times we went… the prices were outrageous for barely decent food, $60 for 2 plates of chicken nachos and a “flaming” cheese ( it wasn’t hot at all) with water to drink. We were STUNNED. I decided to go last week and give them another shot, I ordered a HALF order of chicken nachos with veggies, and it cost $10 !!! I was asked again once I got there “vegetables?” I said yes please… got home, opened it, and there were maybe 4 chunks of chicken, hardly any cheese and NO vegetables. Go figure. We’ve given them so many chances but won’t be back again. We have found Las Brisas is the absolute BEST!! With great prices and a full size nacho for $8! Been going THERE since they opened their new location where the food and service is CONSISTENTLY AMAZING!
