Went to this restaurant with the hot air balloon crew that I’m volunteering with this week in Longview . I had a breakfast taco (sausage egg and cheese) . It was the best taco I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant . Everything about it was good , but what impressed me most was that they used a shredded cheese instead of that fake “American “sliced stuff . Anyone going to or living in Longview should give them a try !

I visited this restaurant because it had 4.5 stars. I was not impressed. I ordered street tacos with a fried avacado. The cashier did not greet us and seemed bothered by us. The chips and salsa were self serve and were stale. The beef on the tacos was very bland. Red salsa was good. Green salsa was ok. Will not go here again.
