Yum! I don’t need to drive over to Grace Park or Davis Drive to get fantastic Mexican food! Mi Cancun has just opened a Taqueria in Apex off of Highway 55! The menu is smaller, but the food was delicious! We each had three tacos. I love that you can choose a different type of meat for each taco. The tacos were served with onions, radishes, a special sauce, and cilantro. You could decide what topping you wanted on each of your tacos. The chips and salsa were as good as ever! Great food, and great service! We will be back!

If you’re looking for great Mexican food…this isn’t it. I tried the tacos de asada and the meat was not even seasoned. The tortas don’t even come with all the usual toppings that a torta is suppose to include. The torta de asada only includes the bread, meat, cilantro, and onion. I’m Mexican and this is the first time I’ve heard of a torta only including those toppings. I asked about the beans, lettuce, tomato, etc (you know all the usual toppings on a torta) I was told they can include those toppings at an extra charge per topping. I was left speechless because that was a first lol. The agua de horchata is mediocre.
