Pan seared salmon with sauteed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes was just what I needed! Salmon was perfectly cooked, loved the garlic in the potatoes! The cheesecake was a perfect end, excellent taste and texture, appropriately tangy, smooth and creamy! Above average fare for airport offerings, reasonably priced.

Popped into Mezzanine for lunch which is really only a fast food restaurant with the airport hence the low score the atmosphere. Service wasn’t great either with the server forgetting part of our order.

I had a layover in Detroit today and I talked to “B”. She was so sweet. Being an indecisive person, I asked her what he favorite item on the menu was and she pointed me in the direction of the beyond burger! While the food was super yummy, B’s customer service was pleasantly refreshing. I really wanted to tip on card but they do not have that option! Make sure you have cash handy if you are greeted by B as she wholeheartedly deserves it!

Neat little restaurant inside of Detroit airport. The service was good, food presentation was good, taste was great. Price wasn’t too bad for airport food. My colleague and I had an enjoyable lunch. This is one of the better places to eat in the airport.

The issue we had with our experience here was the payment. Tables include a QR code payment method which was easy to use and reflected our bill details correctly. After paying the waitress for our table tracked us down at our gate and alerted us that we had not paid. I provided the receipt that was emailed to me. She assured me that I hadn’t paid despite my card being charged. As my flight boarded I was asked to hurry back and close my tab. The best the manager on duty could offer was, “call your bank.” Fine place to eat but only if you have ample time to wait for your tab, and don’t use the advertised payment means at the table.
