Delicious mezah bowls! I love ordering online and creating my own bowl. They also have excellent premade bowls you can add to as well. Ordering inside is fast and easy. The service is great and the staff is really helpful. This is a great place to get lunch from. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

I visited the Reynold’s Crossing location today for lunch. I got the build your own bowl, with one of the toppings being tomatoes. It’s a 20 minute drive one way from my office downtown, but I was missing Mezeh after changing jobs and having the Midlothian location so close. I got back to my office, excited to dig in when I noticed a clump of sliced tomatoes that looked weird. They were growing mold! Now I can’t eat my lunch, I have no idea if anything else in my bowl is rotting or not. I’ll never visit this location again.

I ordered from here tonight because the Mezeh closest to me inidlo has been experiencing quality issues so badly the last month that Doordash removed them from their restaurants until they improved. so instead of improving, they increased their prices by 20%. I refused to order from them again. So when I ordered here, for $4/less per bowl, Not only did I get everuthing I ordered, but I received SO MUCH MORE THAN MIDLO store! i received WHOLE PITAS instead of a half pita per order, I received a whole pita for rach bowl, I then got the 2 extra I bought also!, they do not come with meals at Midlo store, the extra protein I paid for came in a separate container so you can see you’re getting it! i didn’t realize I was paying for but not receiving the extra protein from the Midlo store, EVER, in all of the weekly times I ordered there! So in short, I think this restaurant is excellent and exactly what Mezeh the chain should be emulating. Food is outstanding! worth every single penny!

The food is great, but their online ordering prioritization and related customer service are rock bottom. They will not work on any online orders until there are no walk-ups, whereas other places like Chipotle will work the online orders into the queu just like walk-ups. While watching them serve countless walk-ups before they even start your order, the staff don’t even give an apology or a time estimate. I have had this experience numerous times, waiting at least 20 minutes past the designated pickup time. This is a serious process issue that the restaurant needs to fix, or else they shouldn’t offer online ordering in the first place.
