Went to the Brushy Creek Food Truck park to see what different food trucks were available and decided to go with this taco truck. We ordered the chicken fajita and ribeye tacos, the only one negative is they didn’t have any sauces prepared (we were there around 1pm). I would’ve loved to have been able to try them but we will definitely be back. The chicken fajita is good but that ribeye is delish!! Highly recommend the ribeye, great flavor! The man working the window was super nice and friendly, their truck is a little bit away from the others, just follow the music.

The ribeye taco, beef asada, and al pastor tacos were delicious! Very tender meat. And they came with flavorful red and green sauces. Will definitely be back! Note that the hours might be wrong because they were open Sunday at 10am.

My apartment complex had the truck over for Taco Tuesday and it was very very good! The pastor burrito was very delicious and my wife said the chicken tinga tacos were delicious. The service was awesome as well.

Simply delicious. I ordered the Rib Eye taco plate and the meat was delicious, cooked to perfection, once I started with the first bite I couldn’t stop until there was no more, but you will be fully satisfied. There is a wide variety of dishes, from breakfast tacos to burritos and other little known ones such as sopes. If you are curious to try the authentic cuisine of northern Mexico, this is a must.

Jorge is an absolute killer in the kitchen. It’s unfortunate there’s any 1 star reviews but I’ve been eating his food for 2 years through several menu changes and he never ceases to amaze me with the quality of the food. I’ve never once had a bad experience and talk to Jorge every chance I get. He’s very personable and conversational so if anyone experienced otherwise, I’ll put my money on it being their trash personality or him simply being really busy

Very disappointed had the torta and it was nothing like the picture, no cheese and the bread was not the same, the meat was way over cooked. Ordered a corn cup, ni cheese chilies or lime it was corn with seemed like rotten milk. I had high hopes
