Great food but their signature dish burrito enchilada style has gone up in price by around 50%!!! Prices have become so high there we only go about half as much. Staff very friendly and work hard to please. Overall not bad really. We like them but for the prices could go places more upscale for same cost.

Simply the best! This is the one you want for quality of food. They also bring you big portions of salsa. Love the tacos! No soggy shells here and the bottomless chips are the best! Our favorite restaurant in Springfield!!

Food is amazing in my opinion, I’ve always loved the staff they’re all so nice and really feel like they enjoy serving you, it doesn’t feel like they’re just robots. They all have amazing energy I’ve been going here forever. 11/10 restaurant.

Order was correct, with special requests. They were nice and quick. Didn’t dine and just did take out so can’t say much about the atmosphere, but seemed fine. Would want to experience the service before saying anything about it.

Still the kid’s favorite place to eat! As well as mine for 10+ years!! The workers are almost always nice and helpful with little ones too as in being patient and directive!

This was was totally okay…. If the plates were like $10 each, and the queso was like $4. For reference, we got a queso, a burrito, and tamales, and our bill was almost $50 after a 15% tip. This place is absolutely not worth that. I could eat at a nice Japanese steakhouse for that money, and this place has overall hole in the wall vibes. The food was fine, but absolutely not worth the price I paid. The prices of this restaurant reflect a high end Mexican restaurant, and it is just some average rundown Mexican restaurant you expect to find on the corner of any small town. A

Food is always delicious as well as the service. And reasonable prices. If you haven’t ever eaten they you most definitely need to try it. It’s too fire for. Hmm hmm good food

Mexican Villa is one of those Springfield originals that you can’t go wrong with. It’s a simple, no frills establishment with consistent good food made the same way for decades.

People were really nice, but this is the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. Chips, salsa, and beans are clearly store-bought. Prices are really high. Chile relleno seemed to be coated in pancake batter? I really wanted to love this spot but won’t be back.
