Wasn’t expecting to find any tacos in this town but then again this is a brand new family owned place. I honestly had low expectations but I can honestly say it was pretty decent. The meat had flavor and the salsa was on on point. Get the red one that they have by the counter because that’s better than the one they give you with the chips. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Prices were a little ridiculous but that’s Alaska for you. Def worth a try!

It might look like your typical order at the counter, chipotle style Mexican/American eatery but it’s nothing like it! Authentic style street tacos, burritos, bowls and more! I got the Mexican Ceaser Salad topped with Tinga de Pollo and a side of chips, guacamole and queso. The chicken was moist and had awesome flavor, salad was fresh and crisp. Next time I come back, I’ll be ordering a bowl of queso, so good! Convenient downtown location.

This is a super fun place run by the folks at Skagway Brewing Company. The Mexican food was super delicious and authentic. What I really loved was the Alaska vibe with amazing fresh fish and seafood. We picked the Alaskan Halibut Tacos in Skagway Brewing Co Spruce Tip Ale batter. We added taco chips and salsa. The burritos were super and they had a great outdoors for nice weather. If you are on a cruise ship go a few doors up from super touristy and step in. It’s a blast.

What an awesome place. Skagway Brews on tap and amazing tacos. The carnitas and halibut are the best. Great patio to enjoy your meal on.

Girl at register had exactly ZERO personality. It’s a Mexican place, right? But they had no jalapenos. No diet soda either. Dirty dishes were piled high in the bins within the eating area. If you absolutely MUST have Mexican food in town, it’s just ok, otherwise avoid.

Great carne Asada and chicken tacos. The nachos did not disappoint (try them with some Mexican tater tots instead of chips!) Try the refried beans and queso too! There’s a nice patio you can sit outside if you walk through the restaurant! You can even have a spruce tip blonde ale while you wait for your food from the local brewery down the street!!
