Metro has been around as long as I can remember. I remember my parents getting it on occasion in the 80’s. Other than delivery issues over those years, their food is fine, it’s good. It’s probably age catching up but I can’t eat anything with their sauces anymore. Their sauce is a sweeter/tangier sauce. And for some reason I’ll wake up in the middle of the night with horrible heart burn anytime I’d eat their pizza. This also happens with some other places that have a sweeter sauce. So I no longer order from them (or other places with similar sauce.) I’ve had other friends say the same thing. Might just be us. But I’m sure there are many llike this so, PSA.

When looking for pizza joints, you want quality pizza for cheap. You have it when you visit Metro. They have numerous deals that are super friendly to your wallet, but also hit the spot. Two medium, one-topping pizzas and an appetizer for under $17. That’s just one of many specials they have on a regular basis. They also deliver for when you don’t want to go out. Wish I knew how cheap this plane was sooner.

I used to go to the one in Harrisburg all the time and loved the pizza. I sometimes get from etown and still love it. I got pizza this weekend from the Lancaster location and it was burnt.

I thought this was my new pizza place, been ordering here for months after I found them. They HAD the best mozzarella sticks in town. Key word: had. I don’t know what I got tonight, but they were longer, thinner, harder, and the cheese was solid, not the perfection I was used to from them. I could care less about the service, which is pretty bad, but dang, the quality has considerably dropped the past month. My pizza was also a greasy, underdone mess. Time to find a new spot, unfortunately, I really liked this one!
