It’s just a fun little sandwich shop/snack bar bar kind of place that leans lightly into it’s military theme with some great mementos and souvenirs decorating the place. My parents and I went for a simple weeknight dinner as we were passing through the area and we were very pleased. Food was great and the employees were friendly and courteous.

5 stars all around! All the food has been excellent. I love the BBQ sauce, the collard greens, the chicken and pulled pork. The mac and cheese is incredible. Fast service and the staff there are really nice. Good portions!

This is my favorite place for any meal. Their breakfast is savory and sweet, absolutely top-notch. Lunch has the best sandwiches around (burgers and chicken sandwiches). The spicy honey is perfect. Dinner, with their new dinner menu, is a slam dunk. Go out of your way to get this food!

Been here many times. Never had a bad meal … Food is Amazing!!! It’s freshly made just for you from their varied, but not overwhelming menu. The Hardys are the Best Hosts (along with Shawn being the Chef)! Take-out or Eat-In. While you wait, check out the decor … it’s military themed, with pics, newspaper articles, uniforms, and more military memorabilia! If you have a pic of yourself or a loved one who served in the military or memorabilia you’d like to share, bring it in and Shawn & Noelle will proudly display it along with the many already up. This place is great love the atmosphere and everything the one problem is the lobster roll I had was not that great you can tell the lobster is frozen it’s very chew it didn’t taste bad just the texture of the lobster was terrible i would be giving it 5 stars if i had a different item

I was literally just passing through the area and drove by the Mess Hall and noticed a sign advertising fried chicken. That was enough to make me turn around and check it out. I was greeted by friendly folks and they recommended their lunch special fried chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. The order came out about ten minutes later and I have to say that was some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years. It reminds me of the super flavorful and well seasoned fried chicken I would get growing up in the Deep South. My expectations were definitely exceeded and if I find myself in the area again I’ll be sure to stop back by.
