There is always a great variety of pizza and honestly, 1 slice is probably enough, but I have to get at least 2, just cause I can’t make up my mind. Last night was chicken penne alfrado and a spinach ricotta. And the crust is so delightfully crispy when the finish it off in the oven! Could eat there every day if I lived closer.

A really crazy pizza place! The thing that sets this place apart from other places is the fact that this restaurant contains an incredible selection of pizza options. Mac and Cheese Pizza, Southwest Steak Pizza and Eggplant Pizza are just some of the crazy things we tried. It was pizza by the slice, so each person had a variety of types. Very interesting, but the music was a little repetitive/annoying. It was also really cold, which was appreciated at first because it was 90 degrees when we went, but then after fifteen minutes we were cold. It was still very delicious and the prices were pretty good.

I took a side trip before heading back to Memphis from Chicago cause I still dream of this pizza. I moved away from IC around 2015 I think… I HAD to have it since I was only 3 1/2 hours away! & it did NOT disappoint. The only disappointment was it was no longer ran by college kids. TOTALLY RUINS THE VIBE!!!!!! Latinos working in back & Latino music blaring gives the vibe of Latin food. It was very sad… I liked supporting college kids. But I guess times have changed & they probably don’t wanna work any more… so vibe sucks, food rocks . Just get it to go…

This place is so bad for food and hospitality. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and the geriatric policeman ordered me to leave for no reason. Once I got my pizza, it was very cold and there were multiple hairs on it.

An absolute STAPLE of Iowa City. Eating a slice of Mesa after a night out drinking with friends is legitimately a near religious experience. 100% best variety/unique pizza in the state of Iowa because every single flavor is f***cking EXCEPTIONAL.

Worst service ever. I know there is a lot going on with the college kids, but the security fought me multiple times for just being there, I was there sober with friends after projects and treated so rude and kicked out multiple times. Was not given any chance to buy anything, service is awful, the security would not let anyone communicate.

The pizza here was beyond good and so was the service. The guy working definitely knew what he was talking about and made sure we knew it was okay asking questions. I was definitely not disappointed by his recommendation and really enjoyed the pizza and I even went for seconds. It was also a double punch day so that was a bonus.
