If you get near the courthouse square in Dyersburg, give Merry Castle a shot! Make no mistake about thinking “health food” is on the menu. This is straight-up “the good stuff”! Great service and spot-on prices too. If you aren’t taking your order home/back to work, be mindful that there is no indoor seating. This is a burger stand. There are, however, a couple of gazebo covered ~dine in~ areas if the weather is good. Merry Castle has been around forever for a reason; it just plain works. FYI: CASH ONLY! There’s an ATM across the street though.

This is a great little place! I recommend the Captain’s Burger, but the regular burgers are also good. The fries are fantastic, and don’t leave without one of the mini pecan pies.

Great little place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Food is good and always cooked fresh. I like that the sno cone place is right next door, and you can sit out on the patio and eat.

Eat there since I was a small child n every time we visited Dad (WmGable) at the Dyersburg Fire Dept…..we got to eat the 3 burgers for $1 !!! The good old days !!
