Loved this place! Spent the evening dining here for my bachelorette dinner. We are from out of town and this was a great find! Our waitress, Julie, was bubbly and extremely helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect wine for the special occasion and even threw in a free desert for my celebration! The food and atmosphere were amazing. There was even live music going on which was a bonus! Would give this place 10 stars if I could! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and we will be back the next time we visit Cincinnati!

Date night brought us back to our neighborhood restaurant. The kingklip which was daily fish with crab butter was perfectly flaky and delicious. We both decided on the cheesecake and it was delightful, light cheesecake and since we were full had to bring some home. Also enjoyed the live music.

Amazing atmosphere, great service. Wine was good. Food tasted spectacular. I have a celiac allergy, and the waitress made sure the kitchen knew, for no cross contamination. The waitress Julie was very nice and very helpful. The Experience we had was amazing with her.

I went today. First visit. Host (a tall gentleman) very welcoming. Myself , my husband and four of our children with us. Server did her spiel super fast with menu specials. It was happy hour, no mention of it. I asked for miller and her response was we don’t do domestics on draft. We got the queso which my kids loved. She came back and asked if I was ordering for the table. What? Why would I? We all speak English. (Not the average customer I suppose). Overall she was very short and added the gratuity at what you want to call a fine dining establishment. Will never return. Entrees were nothing special.

First time here. Atmosphere was very nice. Food was alright. Waitress was quite possibly the WORST waitress I’ve EVER had EVER – can’t even give her 1 star (although when she did get a tip she said “I’m sorry for how it started out – which was no worse than how it ended IMO) and I dine out quite often. I would’ve left NO tip – except my daughter bought dinner and I felt obligated to pitch in. I kind of doubt the management will reach out for more info on this but I would welcome it.

Very quaint, historical property and neighborhood. Several areas for dining…upstairs with upscale bar, outside. Wide selection of food and drink options. Friendly service but I was slightly disappointed no water refill offered. The live jazz music on Sat evening was enjoyable!

It’s usually wonderful. But, thus, time was abysmal. Went for Father’s Day at 6pm 6ppl. Expected Prime rib after I called to confirm, they would have it. but, THEY RAN OUT AT 6PM. That’s horrible. What we settled for was fair at best. Pasta was overcooked and mushy. The crab cake was way too bread. Too much filler. Salad was skimpy, and the chicken on top was dry as heck. Mussels were gritty and not tasty. Salmon wrap was just okay. The entrees took quite a while and it was not busy. No management presence to say anything to. This will be out last time.

Based on previous experiences at Meritage, organized group of 8 for dinner. The filets were very tiny and full of gristle. For price we paid unacceptable. Guests who ordered steak, didn’t want to complain and wait for another. Disappointing dining experience.
