Good broth for Ramen and good portion size for a meal. The two appetizers were good. They do serve beer. Seating is limited and soon after the restaurant opened a long queue starts to form at the door so I recommend arriving a few minutes before the opening time.

We ordered shoyu ramen and it was very on brand for this type of broth. The noodles were also good! It did feel a little expensive for ramen. We also ordered karage which was good! For service, you get yourself your own water and order on their website. It was a little frustrating to try to pay and order this way – it kept saying my payment couldn’t be processed so I had to have my friend order from her phone, since hers was working for some reason. The place only has seating for maybe 25 or so and the tables are all high top. The place was full when we went and we had a table all the way at the end which was difficult to walk back to due to the place being so narrow – it is probably not wheelchair friendly due to the tables and narrow space.

If you haven’t been to this hidden gem seriously go tonight. The ingredients are fresh and every dish is sooo good. It’s one of those meals you want to just lay back from after and think about how good it is. This was my second time going and it’s a place I will return to in the future. You can tell there is nothing but love going into each dish.

As a Japanese who has been a tons of Ramen place in Japan, I can say this is the MOST AUTHENTIC ramen noodles place in Midwest. Quality, service, atmosphere… so authentic. I’m so glad I was able to find this amazing place in Midwest. Don’t go any fake ramen restaurants. Go and eat this ramen!
