Menomonie Family Restaurant is one of my favorite places for breakfast all day. They have an extensive menu of breakfast dishes available all day and their pie is amazing. My favorites are the bacon skillet and raspberry cream cheese pie. The service is always good and they have had the same servers forever. It’s the go-to spot for breakfast in Menomonie.

We have stopped here every time we go thru town since we accidently found it 8 years ago (easy to get to off 94) The food is very good. For the price, the food portions are extremely generous. Staff is so friendly. It use to be a train depot so the building is interesting and atmosphere cozy. We didn’t wait long at all for our food and we had a party of 10.

It was a very quiet morning when we arrived. Service was very slow to even get seated. Someone decided this would be the best time to mop. I had my purse on the floor next to me and they literally hit it with the mop. I probably would have enjoyed my meal more if there hadn’t been a guy standing right next to me mopping. All I could smell was clearer. Wasn’t a great time, but I guess the food was ok.

Excellent place with a very cool atmosphere and good service. The breakfast options are reasonable and excellent french toast. Coffee was decent as well and quickly refilled each time. More of a diner and similar with brunch.
