The food was awesome. We both had excellent burgers. The Bourbon pecan pie was perfect. The Spicy Margarita has the right amount of heat. We loved the happy service, too. All of the servers and hostesses looked happy. Next time we visit Cleveland again, we’re definitely coming back. The prices are very reasonable for the quality Kosher food.

It was pretty crowded for a Tuesday night, we probably could have still gotten sat at a table but chose the bar. The waiters were quick to get us water, menus, and then take our order. Prices were quite high and once we saw the portions the prices seemed even more inflated. Food came out quickly. We ordered the chicken wings with BBQ sauce -sauce was good, overall flavor was also good but wings were small (10 wings for $16).

So the food was ok but do not expect customer service. They have a specific audience they want and they make sure to make you feel uncomfortable if you aren’t apart of that. When we called to confirm our 9pm reservation, they rushed us in and told us to make sure we knew what we wanted I guess because they closed at 10pm. They forgot the ribs as part of my platter which I didn’t notice until the next day when I reread the menu and realized they came with the platter and when I called I was told the owner was busy and the person who answered the phone laughed at me and told me to call back in 30. No apology and didn’t even take my number so that the owner could call me back. Our food was $200. Never again!!! Save your money and go elsewhere! They don’t appreciate your money here! I’ve included pics of the platter which I upgraded to a Dino platter. No ribs in sight. Wings were a bunch of different sizes and burnt but covered in sauce so you couldn’t tell. BBQ seemed old. Waste of money. Also our server was on her second day who knows maybe that’s why the service sucked. We paid for Hyde park and got City Bbq. I try not to leave negative reviews because I hate to see people lose a business but these guys don’t deserve our patronage. I wouldn’t go back for free.

Saw this place on a tv interview and three of us decided to go. We made a reservation. Initial impression is we walked into a soft opening. We came in from back parking lot which does have good parking. Upon arrival we stood at podium for several minutes before being greeted. Tony was our server and he did a good job. Ordered burnt ends, brisket and cobb salad. Brisket was tender, moist and delicious. Burnt ends not sure they were from point end of packer brisket but were tasty tasted like brisket with glazed sauce. Cobb salad was not very good. Lettuce was not fresh and crisp and tomatoes had very little taste. Cole slaw was good and baked beans had been doctored up and were tasty.

Extremely disappointed. We are foodies, I don’t eat pork, I love brisket and this is literally a 3 minute walk from our house so it seemed like a win-win. Not at all, I understand they’re still not 100% open and have to get the hang of business but our waitress had 1 paper menu, she showed my wife what they didn’t have on the menu from her handheld device. I had to ask her to repeat what they didn’t have. I’ve worked in hospitality/restaurants etc. and usually empathize with staff because I know how stressful that biz is but they did not introduce themselves, nor give us a reason to return. The portions were small and overpriced. We ended up ordering food from another restaurant after paying $30 per person. I’m hoping they change their portions. The brisket and grits was ok ($22, pic attached) but it only had 3 pieces of brisket and 1 cup of grits in a plate that seemed bigger than it was. I’ve never left a review like this before. Not even for Spirit airlines but I’m hoping they see this and rethink some of their ways.
