this is a 4.5 review rounded up to 5. the menu was very simple and not especially creative. BUT it’s also executed exceptionally well. like there’s nothing novel about a chicken piccata, except this particular chicken piccata happens to be pretty excellent. so don’t go looking for an innovative meal. you will get a great meal though and that’s what’s most important to most folks. Staff is top notch so friendly and helpful that they are who really bumped this review up to 5 stars. ambiance is between classy and cozy. not stuffy at all more like a house that’s bern turned into a restaurant. i would come back when the weather makes sitting by the lake outside more comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed ta The Chateau at Lake La Quinta and decided to eat here for dinner during our stay and it did not disappoint! We were obsessed with the beautiful lake view at sunset and the fire pits/heat lamps on the patio. I had the melange burger and it was perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed a a margarita and a blood orange cocktail that were both great! The server was very sweet. I would definitely dine here again when I come to La Quinta.

This place turned out to be a hidden surprise. The staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. The food was prompt, delicious, and looked great. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the setting. The views around are amazing and even with the recent cold weather, they have plenty of heated areas in their patio. We will definitely be back and explore more of their menu.

all i have to say is wow ! i’ve traveled to many places but never got comforted the way i did here, robert was amazing and kind enough to show us different meals and etc ! so sad to see him go he’s irreplaceable!!
