I decided to get Chinese for some clients for lunch. I called in my order and for myself I ordered the vegetable dumplings. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and was greeted and told the lady my name. My food took another 10 minutes or so. I paid and left. I dropped off the food and ate my dumplings when I got in. There was plenty but it was just ok tasting. I definitely have to try something else next time.

We have nothing bad to say about this location for Chinese food. We do have other locations that we typically go to, but being Sunday, they were closed. And having been here a few previous times we found their Chinese food to be very good.

First time i ordered from here. The lady was nice on the phone. The order was right but the food tasted very sour like the water was reused or something in the pot. The bell pepper was so sour and the pepper steak looked like it was remnants. I was so hungry I just ate the rice. The rice was cooked well thank god. For the other order The shrimp had a coating of something else i never tasted before. When I went home I washed it and recooked it with some spices to eat it. Even the egg drop soup tasted flavorless and the water or oil was old tasting. Not sure what happened. I will give them another chance they might have a new cook or rushing the orders.

We have been loyal customers for over a year now. We have even recommended this place to many friends and family members. However this last time the customer service was beyond rude and unprofessional. We called to ask to not give us sauces and utensils. The man who answered said “what do you want? I’m very busy.” We proceeded to tell him our request and he said “ok I know what you want. I’m very busy.” Then hung up the phone on us. Not only did our order deliver with sauces and plastic utensils, we were missing items we ordered. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from them again.

Worst customer service ever , if I could give no stars i would , I order from there 2-3 times a week and order always comes in missing either food or utensils. I made an order of 2 shrimp with garlic sauce and another order of fried shrimp with shrimp fried rice and I repeated twice the order to the girl on the phone to make sure that she understands but apparently they just say yes yes without having the knowledge of what the customer says. Also order sent with no forks or tissues whatsoever , I don’t quite understand how are we suppose to eat our food. It’s an unforgiving mistake to order food and send it out with no utensils. Especially if I’m a normal customer there . Really upset with the service and I don’t think I’ll ever go back again . Also they need to tell customers total cost of their order before running their credit cards. Very disappointed.
