Have been there many times & a decent experience. Unfortunately today not so good,sat at the bar the three ladies tending bar you had to fight to get a food order & drink order. Less time gabbing at the register & tend to the bar. The owner would appreciate it.

Just stopped in for a cocktail with a friend. Staff is super friendly as well as the clientele. Fresh watermelon martinis were amazing! The food that was served to others looked and smelled great. Will definitely return for food.

Went here a couple years ago and it was good but tonight our experience was not good. The host was on his phone ignoring us then told us the kitchen would close at 9:15 but Google said they were open until 11pm. We didn’t want to sit in the noisy bar area but they closed down the other seats. Our waitress was a bit clueless. My maki roll was terrible! The menu said it had mango not mango sauce and the sauce had a terrible taste. We will not be returning again after this experience.

I love this restaurant! The atmosphere is great! The food is made to order; really fresh. Everything we had was excellent and the wait staff are really friendly. Prices are what you would expect to pay.

Terrible experience. Me and my boyfriend asked for a drink and the bartender who was also the manager didn’t wanna serve him alcohol for having an outsider passport which it is a valid ID. He was rude and racist to us or we feel it like that!

I’ve been going to Meiji since the day it opened. The family who owns and runs this restaurant are exemplary people. I’ve never had a bad experience. I adore Tony the bartender and everyone always asks how my family is doing, how my job is, etc. They keep a great menu, the foods always fresh and we all know how good the maitais are if you’ve been! It’s extremely family friendly as well as accommodating for big parties, my boyfriend planned a surprise birthday party for me there last year! We’ll always talk highly about johns restaurant and his excellent staff.
