Steve, our waiter, did a fantastic job. His recommendations were on point! Their mocktails were amazing! We ordered the spicy jalepeno ginger lime soda and the pomegranate. For starters, we ordered the vegan sweet poatatoe and coconut bisque (creamy and sweet) and simple arugula salad (strong olive oil base) both delicious and light.

We absolutely love Medley! We make sure to eat here every time we visit Taos because the food is phenomenal and creative! They do gluten free so well too.

Our second time eating here and it didn’t disappoint! Had a lovely fireplace burning near our table. My partner ordered the shredded lamb ragout and I had the chicken marsala. Both meals were excellent as as the arugula salad and out Granacha wine. If you like chocolate, don’t miss the lava cake! We highly recommend!

Both the preparation and the presentation make the plates here delicious for the eye and the palate. We only wanted a light dinner, so the only appetizer we got was the bread. Husband ordered the burger and I got the salmon. Both of us were very happy with our choices. Finished the meal by sharing the lemon curd cake dessert which was neither too tart nor overly sweet. Just perfect! And the service was excellent as well. No wonder this place is thought of so highly among Taos restaurants.

Hi friends, if you happen to visit Taos, do yourself a favor and sit on the patio at medley. We had great service at happy hour with a quiet view of the mountains. Particularly delightful was the fresh baked bread (necessary with the cheese board because there is two sad pieces of baguette on it, but we were warned thank goodness) and the fries. The lemon dessert cake was impeccable. Enjoyed people watching and the crowds amass after 7p for dinner. Great job Medley family.

Another great meal. The tuna tartare is a perfection of flavor with the exact right spicy heat. Duck with scallop and berries sauce? Who knew? Hanger steak made rare….properly rare. Charred on the outside and red all thru. Wonderful wine selection

Service was wonderful and outdoor seating was perfect. Had wonderful views on mountains and visited by an Indian rainbow! Food was top notch and the drink selection was the best in Taos. Will head there first thing next time in town. Hands down, Best Resturant in Taos! Cheers!

During our 4-day stay in Taos, this was the best meal we had. The steak fritte and fries were delicious, the spicy margarita is probably the best margarita we’ve had in months, if not years. We recommend sitting in the bar area or outside for the best ambiance, the restaurant area is actually a little off. This restaurant is a little bit out of town and definitely worth it. Make reservations.
