I stopped by for a quick, slightly late lunch. They were absolutely packed, which is always a good sign. It is a counter order sandwich shop featuring Mediterranean inspired sandwiches. I had the gyro and spinach tomato orzo. The sandwich was quite good and the orzo was a pleasant surprise. For some reason I expected it to be a cold type salad. However, it was a warm, creamy side that was almost max and cheese like. I’d definitely go back.

I came to this location on 8/26, and ordered on the little self computer stand and it says to ask the cashier for a drink, so I went up there and asked for 2 since my boyfriend was getting one as well and she got all snippy with me and said there was only one, and forced the cup into my hands. I try to be understanding of places like this, but there was no need for the unnecessary attitude shown to me. The girl who brought out my food was very nice to me, and she knows how to treat customers properly.

Had a wonderful experience at Mediterranean Sandwich company. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the two dishes we got were excellent. We started with the Sampler bowl. It was excellent with humus, grape leaves, plenty of pita, tomato cucumber salad and tzatziki sauce. We also got a deli soup gyro that they were making fresh right in front of you the proper way on a rotisserie, which is why we chose that meat. It came with a side and we got the homemade soup which was also good. Great experience! Close to bass pro shop and the Blakely state park right off I-10.

Today, I ordered a falafel gyro online. I went and picked it up, got back to work, and realized that I’d been given a chicken gyro instead. I don’t like to complain, and even debated on calling about it (I ultimately blame myself for not checking my box before leaving) but I chose to do so anyways. I spoke with the manager Andre. Andre took it upon himself to personally deliver the proper order to my work and even gave me a bit of free baklava. He was extremely kind about the situation. Therefore, I’m giving 4 stars. The food is great, and Andre’s ability to go above and beyond for his customers really won me over.

I chose this restaurant because my husband tries to watch his diet (way more than I do). Knowing how he loves Mediterranean food, I thought this would be a great place for him. For me, Mediterranean food is not one of my top food choices, so I wasn’t super excited about going here. HOWEVER, the second we walked through the door, we were greeted with the most delicious smells. I began changing my mind at that moment. Then, the guy taking our order, William, was super friendly and helpful! I had a Chicken Philly Pita with a side of Bacon Carbonara Orzo Pasta. My husband had a Chicken Shawarma Pita with Spinach-Tomato Orzo Pasta. Both were delicious!! I had never tried Orzo before, so William decribed it as tasting like mac ‘n cheese with bacon. That is EXACTLY what mine tasted like! Excellent experience here with pleasant staff and terrific food!

Took the kids here after shopping for something different. They’ve never had Mediterranean food. Everything was very good. We got two beef-lamb gyros and one kids chicken and a kids pizza. Kids ate everything. The kids pizza was somewhat hard to eat because the toppings kept sliding off. All the ingredients were delicious though. The fries were awesome! My children are asking to go back and they’re picky.

The food is terrific when you dine in, however, the take-out experience was nowhere near this. Our order was made about 40 minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up resulting in cold gyros with tough, chewy pita.
