Definitely not a place I would revisit!! Went there with my husband and 2 kids.. The server sat us with a bottle of water and 2 glasses (I guess they assumed the kids wouldn’t drink anything?). We ordered an app, a family platter, and 2 teas.. we waited 20 minutes and finally decided to ask for our tea and 2 cups for the kids’ water.. it took 50 minutes for our entree to come with practically no service during the wait time. Eventually we got the food that tasted great, but then we got the bill. We got charged for the bottle of water that they just put on the table without asking (it’s not the price it’s the principle).. for a place with no service and no basic hospitality.. but yet they auto charge gratuity.. never going back.

Food is delicious. Servers aren’t very friendly. They will charge you $2.50 for a bottle of water but they will not serve you tap water, so you are stuck with paying for water. Very European. They also include an 18% gratuity, which could be why the servers don’t feel the need to be very friendly.

Very nice atmosphere. It was nicer inside than I was expecting. Food tasted great, however the bus boy kept coming over to take our plates while we were still eating multiple times. Tip is already included on the bill which was weird. Quality fresh food

They don’t serve a free glass of water. You have to buy a pint of Poland Spring water for $4.50 if you want to drink some. I got a can of seltzer instead. I ordered the fried liver cubes, which was a bit greasy. I wiped the excess against the pita bread. The pita bread needed more seasoning, and it also attracted flies. The manager told me that the ceiling plant draws flies into the restaurant. I definitely will not come back here. I do not recommend.

The food and the service were ok. Gave 2 stars because it is pricy compared to other Turkish restaurants, and they add 18% tips on the bill by default which I consider disrespectful for their customers. I as a customer should decide if I would give tips or not, but for the owner to decide for me that I must pay an additional 18% for the service, this is simply disrespectful. They also charge extra money if you pay with debit/credit cards!! I really haven’t seen that in any restaurant. I will not go back again and I don’t recommend it.
