The past five times I visited the Tumwater they seem to mess something up on my order. One half of my order was not the right. I got the wrong sandwich. Three times I order a bottle of soda only to be handed a cup so we have to do the dance for the extra $$$ to complete the order. Today I order a cosmos combo only to get home and discover my order was not toasted. Come on guys. Your subs are GREAT if you can get the orders right!

This location’s staff totally effed up a large order for a field tour, even after double checking and manager confirmation. My unsolicited advice: go out of your way to go to one of the other locations. I will absolutely not be back.

The closest to a real NYC sub I’ve had outside of NY..tasty soft bread with a good amount of fillings, the onions in my opinion are sliced to the perfect size and consistency.. A MUST TRY!!

It was just OK, the sub tasted just like Jimmy Johns. I also had the chili and it was pretty bad, way to much onion and hamburger in it was kinda flavorless, probably for the best. Could not eat it all

The 4 stars for service was not due to staff at the restaurant. I ordered online for pickup and once again it showed items not available when they actually were. The staff were very nice and traded out the two kid drinks for juice, and I ordered the other items. Probably seems petty, but the online order menu has been wrong on item availability every time I’ve ordered for over six months at least.

My Mom had a meltdown here after we ordered two and a half sandwiches for $40.00. The meatball sandwich had no sauce, and the floor had poop splotches.

Such a disappointing first (and now only) experience with this shop. They take your money online but then deny mask health exemptions AND refuse to bring your food to the door!! They are STEALING from people. Son put mask on to get sandwiches, ended up having a panic attack and an asthma attack. Then to top it off, there was hair in my son’s sandwich and a handful of pepperocini stems in my sandwich, one super dried out (see picture of a couple I picked out). They knew we were angry so they sabotaged our sandwiches. Then they refused to give my son a printed receipt. They are not wearing hair nets or gloves and their sandwiches are not temperature controlled after being made. Time for a call to the health department. We won’t ever be back.
