My sisters and I love this service for my mom. She enjoys all of the meals and it’s great for us to know that she is getting a delicious, healthy meal when she doesn’t want to cook for herself. I also sampled a couple of the meals and found them delicious and satisfying. I had the pleasure of meeting Kayla on my mom’s first delivery and she was super helpful, taking the time to explain to my mom how to prepare and keep the meals their freshest. I would highly recommend this service.

Makes eating healthy easy and affordable. My biggest struggle with eating “right” is having a busy schedule where I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals for the next day, so when meal times come around in my busy life I go with what’s convenient: it use to be fast food, but now it’s the Meal Prepz in my fridge that I buy weekly from these folks. Super simple to order, customer service is highly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend them! Kayla the owner is a rockstar!
