Service was unreasonably slow. Took an hour to get our food. Trying to get the server’s attention was near impossible. When food arrived the special was cold to the point that the gravy had a skin on it, the baked potato was beige and cold. The order was half forgot and brought too late to enjoy with rest of meal.

We came at peak time on a Friday evening. There were four groups of customers ahead of us, but our total wait time was about 15-20 minutes. They were really good about getting tables cleaned up and rotated. We come for the food. Great home cooking, good variety. Great place to come with a group to keep conversation flowing, as there is a bit of wait for the food (but you know it’s being made fresh). Waitresses are kept busy, but they’re always polite and ready to serve. I absolutely must give credit to the staff, as they were working very hard and cooperative. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

One hour for a decent steak. Yes, I saw the “Food is made fresh, please be patient” sign. That doesn’t excuse the fact that in the time it took them to prepare our food, a nearby group was seated, ordered, served, and left before we even got our relatively small order.

Almost 5 stars…the food has been excellant and fresh. Specials are great! especially the prime rib! Plus they have a tasty spinach bacon salad. The french onion soup is very flavorful ! Service is good…just like all places its hard to get enough help these days..(only open Wednesday-Sunday 11-9) but those who do work there ,are really doing their best to serve you..if you have less time, go at lunch or go early 4pm.. But great drinks at the bar if youre not in a hurry until 9pm. Also one room is quieter while the other more sports bar lounge feel. Plus a seperate room for large groups. I hope patio opens for summer.

The food was pretty good. The wait for food was HORRIBLE. We waited well over an hour to receive it after we ordered. I get that some places are under staffed, but it’s not like we ordered anything super hard, a couple of their daily specials and a cheeseburger. It wasn’t even crowded!
