That really sucks. I love pizza with ranch The man handed me the bag with all the ranch all over it after I gave him a tip. The ranches were all busted inside the bag very very disappointing. Four dollars ranch turns into never buying anything ever again from this business

So I was really disappointed today as I’ve always been a huge fan of this particular location. I’ve even given them a great review in the past but today I was very disappointed with the large combination pizza I was delivered. I called the location back and spoke to a manager to let them know that I was very unsatisfied with our order and he basically said well that pizza was made before my shift started so he’s not sure what happened period and ended the call with that. I felt they not only served us an unsatisfactory pizza but his attitude and lack of customer service skills, lack of coming up with a resolution to the issue, along with lack of taking any responsibility for the mistakes made by his company were very disappointing.

Volunteer Wildlife Rescue & Relocation
Wow. Just a overall bad experience. I went in on Friday Feb. 24th & ordered a large 3-topping special, went next door to shop at Wal Mart to pass the time, just to come back to pick up my pizza which at that point the girl tells me they never made the pizza because I didn’t pay up front ?! How is that my fault that they forgot to charge me up front ? So basically they wanted me to wait another half hour for my pizza to be made while I just spent a half hour already waiting for the one I ordered ? I couldn’t wait because I had to pick up my son from practice at 6pm so to my son’s disappointment I couldn’t bring him home his favorite pizza as a reward for good grades because someone dropped the ball at this Shaw ave location. Nor was any discount offered after I made my case to the front counter help. Where are the managers in this situation? Not sure if me and my family will visit this location again.

Food great…..service could use some serious help. Went inside to eat this time ordered $60 worth of food for my family and they were very rude again and would not break a hundred dollar bill for me. You can see by pictures I added they had the money in the till. I watched several people go in and out partying with cash as my husband had to drive some where else to get change. I wanted to leave and if it wasn’t for my daughter I would have.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Pizza doesn’t even meet sub-standard levels. First time ordering Pizza at the closest restaurant near me and the pizza was over baked and ingredients tasted cheap. First and last time ordering from them.
