Horrible service from the manager Sadie. Ordered for dine in and was given a # for the table. It was a busy day, so grace on the wait time was given. After an hour I went up and asked what the status of the order was. The manager *Sadie* came up to me with a confrontational attitude. Stating that, I had told the staff that the order was to go instead of dinning in which was absolutely false due to me having the table #. She stated that they were calling the order # on the receipt to no luck, but I was given a table # cause it was for dine in. She called me a liar, and gave me the option of “ taking my cold pizza that has been laying around or wait longer.” * She raised her voice at me stating that **she would not issue a refund** After going back and forward a nice man who was picking up an order chimed in, and suggested the manager to issue a refund because it was the right thing to do. This was a whole fiasco on the restaurants end. I frequent the Coney island, Sanger, and Hanford location and have never been treated like this. I suggest y’all stay away from this location and take a drive to Sanger or Reedley. Me-n-Eds needs to make this right, a refund is not enough for the waste of time, and embarrassment. The one positive thing about this visit was the worker Ralph who was looking out for us. Sadie is a sad excuse of a manager and a worse person with one of the worse attitudes I have ever encountered. Had their Combo Calzone. It was Delicous. Took about 15 minutes to wait but honestly it was good. Dough was well seasoned and the ingredients inside were delicous. Would go there again for the Calzone.

40 minutes wait for just 2 orders of wedges. Never called out my number. I had to go ask about my order and thats when it finally came out. & employees in the back were touching their hats and hair with no gloves on and goes back to touch food . Worse experience ever

Would give a zero if possible. Went here for Tap and Pie. Got told Tap shut-off 9pm. Pie crust was very dry, seats benches and floor very dirty. Been doing Ed’s for several years and this was the first downer, this location will not see me again

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, first it’s $15.99 so we had high expectations. When we arrived to get the pizza I was surprised to see the pizza box was the size of a small pizza. The pizza tastes like a frozen store bough pizza. Should’ve went to Costco, their pizza are 100 times better and it’s only $10.
