What I love is the Consistency of quality in all their food. Weekly rotating menu. Some meals are constantly in the same rotation but that’s not a bad thing. If you’re looking for a healthy weekly meals that’s healthy and premium quality. This is the spot!

Live in Springfield, was searching for something healthy in the area, Mc Muscles came up. Ordered the Mediterranean chicken and broccoli. It was amazing the seasoning on the chicken was sooo good. Really good portion too, can’t see on the picture but there were 3 pieces of chicken. Also saw them prepping meals, very clean and sanitary. Will deff be coming back !

My fiance me received a menu for this place in the mail and we decided to give it a try and so glad we did!! I got the salmon which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My fiance got the grilled chicken margherita which was also cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also loved the lemon broccoli!! Will def be ordering again 🙂

Wow wow wow! I visited this restaurant yesterday and let me tell you the food was beyond amazing. The portions are huge. I was able to eat twice from the food and the second time it tasted even better! My food was made with love! Definitely returning here for my lunch runs in the future.

Hands down some of the best food around, it’s hard to believe this food is made with healthy ingredients because it’s so good. Never had a bad meal from there, always fresh, tastes awesome and price is on point. Throw a dart at their menu and enjoy because there’s not one item that isn’t fantastic.

Douglas and his team at McMuscles do an absolutely phenomenal job at providing tasty, nutritious, and convenient meals. With a wide range of meal options, sizes, and discounts for bulk orders I couldn’t recommend them more. You will not have to go grocery shopping ever again. A huge added bonus is that they also deliver. The convenience, service, and quality they provide always goes unmatched.

Out of this world service. Went above and beyond to deliver me an excellent Creole Roast Pork in trash weather. Hidden Gem if you ask me. Food was flavorful and I received nice sized portions.
