8/22- This is a HUGE difference from the restaurant on George Washington and it’s right from the start. I walked in and I was greeted. The crew was working on orders. I sat down to use my app. When I went to order the girl was helpful. The manager was on the line making orders along the crew.

This McDonald’s is pretty busy most times I go. The service is normally fast as well so it doesn’t really matter that it has a line. The people behind the windows are typically nice. The food is the typical McDonald’s food.

I typically get great service at McDonald’s. The last two times I’ve been at this restaurant through the drive-thru my order has been incorrect and then when I called correct it not on Wednesday, July or helpful. That’s unusual. The manager was the rudest of the whole group. I hope this changes

My wife and I wanted to share our experience while eating at the McDonalds on Wellsian in Richland. We were visiting the area due to the birth of our granddaughter & stopped in to have a bite to eat. We were helped by Sebastian and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and even postponed his break to make sure our order was delivered to us. He then took his break and happened to sit next to us in the restaurant. We had a great discussion during his break to include whether or not pizza belongs on pizza lol. He interupted his break a couple of times to assit his fellow workers. He is a very friendly young man and this McDonald’s location is lucky to have him. Thank you Sebastian for the great service, conversation and experience. You made our day.
