Stopped at this McDonald’s on a road trip today (04/08/2023). Waited twenty minutes on a relatively small order for the food to be almost cold and stale tasting. I also ordered two things of apples and was given expired bags, see attached photo. The apples were warm and tasted horrible. Save your time/money for somewhere else.

If I could give this McDonald’s A minus I don’t know a lot of stars. I would they are horrible I thought it was just me till I read the reviews on here. I’ve never gone to a place ,and been told I can’t order something, or that I can’t use my McDonald’s mobile app ,or some machine is always broken (your newly opened why is your shake machine always down everyday all day Iong) can’t ever get anything there that I drink eat nothing or they’re always forgetting something and they are extremely rude!!!!!

Even for McDonald’s it’s terrible service. I stood at the counter for minutes trying to get an associate to fix their mistake on my order. They would look at me but not acknowledge me…. so I had to resort to walking into the kitchen before anyone would talk to me about their mistake.

I gave the rating because no matter how much i like their food i can not understand how they could consistently miss items I’ve ordered. They’ll have it all on the screen but not in the bags. This should be easy to at least make it something that rarely happens but alas it happens more than 50%of the time. Doesn’t matter drive thru or inside it seems the missing of items is non biased at least in its presence. Love the food though.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited almost 30 minutes during a slow time. Received my order and half of the items were missing. Also asked for a Diet Coke and got a root beer.. root beer. Who orders root beer anymore? Tried to get someone to help and they all hid in the kitchen for a while before coming out to help
